Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Sovereign Code, a brand of Profitable Lead Solutions, LLC, we deliver personalized digital diagnostic products. Because your Blueprint is built specifically for you within 24 hours of your intake submission, and because the intellectual work is performed and delivered immediately upon intake completion, we maintain a disciplined refund policy that protects both the integrity of our system and the seriousness of your investment.

The Sovereignty Guarantee. We stand behind the precision and delivery of every Blueprint we produce. If you submit a complete and honest intake and your Blueprint does not deliver at least one specific, previously-invisible clarity insight about your real constraint or your next leverage move, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your Blueprint. If we cannot resolve the issue or produce a revised Blueprint that meets this standard, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

What Qualifies for a Refund

A refund is issued under either of the following conditions:

A verifiable technical failure in our delivery system that prevents you from receiving or accessing your Blueprint, which our team cannot resolve within 30 days of your purchase
Your Blueprint, in our reasonable assessment upon review, failed to deliver any actionable diagnostic insight specific to your stated situation, and you contact us within 30 days of receipt with a specific description of what was not addressed

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

The following are not grounds for a refund:

Change of mind after receiving your Blueprint
Non-implementation of the actions and recommendations provided
Disagreement with the diagnosis without a specific, articulable technical failure
Lack of results, as outcomes depend entirely on your effort, execution, and market conditions outside our control
Incomplete or dishonest intake submissions that limited the precision of the diagnosis
Failure to complete the intake form within a reasonable timeframe after purchase

IP Protection and the Access Rule

Your Blueprint is a proprietary intellectual property asset generated specifically for you. Once your Blueprint microsite has been accessed and viewed, the diagnostic value has been delivered. At that point the transaction is considered complete and the sale is final, regardless of whether you act on the recommendations.

We maintain delivery records for all Blueprint microsites. Refund requests submitted after confirmed Blueprint delivery are subject to review and may be denied on this basis.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues directly. You agree to contact [email protected] before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a violation of these terms and may result in the permanent revocation of access to all current and future products and services within the Profitable Lead Solutions, LLC ecosystem.

We will respond to all support requests within 2 business days.
